About Me
My dog Hunter would describe me as loyal, passionate, hardworking, and fun—with a well-earned reputation for spoiling him. My friends and clients would probably agree, especially when it comes to my integrity, authenticity, and genuine care for others.
For more than 30 years, I've helped individuals and organizations navigate challenges, recognize opportunities, and achieve meaningful results. My experience in business leadership, sales strategy, executive coaching, and crisis management has shaped a practical, people-first approach to growth and success.
As an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Certified Executive Coach (CEC), I combine professional coaching expertise with real-world business experience to help others recognize their strengths, embrace change, and move forward with purpose.
But some of my greatest lessons haven't come from the boardroom. They've come from navigating life's unexpected challenges, experiencing profound loss, and discovering strength I didn't know I had. Those experiences have shaped my belief that even during life's most difficult transitions, we have the ability to find new possibilities, embrace gratitude, and evolve.
Outside of work, I enjoy photography, cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. And, of course, there's Hunter—who keeps me grounded, reminds me to enjoy the moment, and makes sure I never take life too seriously.
